It completed the takeover of Sandringham Partners earlier this year, alongside its acquisition of MPS-provider TCF Investments.
In 2021 the division launched a hybrid advice business, and in January this year it agreed a partnership with robo-adviser Moneyfarm.

As for Brown’s ambitions for the future, they have not changed.
