Finally, the pair advise anyone looking to grow by acquisition to make sure they understand all the commitments that the target business has in place, no matter how small, and to make a decision about what continues and what stops in the new environment.
This includes contracts for photo copiers and broadband deals and IT support deals, things that can easily get forgotten, they say.
